Having worked in the Learning and Development space for 20+ years, creating multiple solutions and experiences for clients across the board, one theme that came across in our feedback was – using more videos. Understanding the need and value it can add to the experience, we started to explore the use of this engaging aid.

In an attempt to use research-based, authentic, and transformative videos, we looked through a lot of resources, including Multimedia HRD. The thing that jumped out – most contents had a western tint, approach, philosophy, and actors. It was good and sometimes not relatable or could be made with more simplicity and Impact.
In 2019, we decided to bridge this gap, and Drameon Productions was born.

Our vision is to create and develop some fantastic, Audio-visual

content related to – behavioral change, peak performance, teamwork, and communication.
We wish to involve our team members from Pause play training – who are theatre practitioners, trained counseling psychologists and people from performing arts, top talent from Shemaroo, Zee media, and Balaji Telefilms:

We recently concluded a project with a reputed management consulting firm where we were asked to “Make a film on the behavioural scenarios and issues this firm is facing ”

We wanted to make a reality-based film. We started the research and spoke with the L&T team. We met approx. 50 employees of different departments and did some FGD’s. In these FGD’s they spoke about some basic but important behavioural issues. Felicitator compiled them and discussed everything with Client. Later they decided to make a docudrama video. Writers wrote a screenplay on these issues. Team Pause play cast some good theatre artists and did a workshop with them. A workshop is really important for these types of shoots. This saves shoot time on shoot day. We completed the shoot of an 8-minute AV in 3 days and got great footage out of it.

Then the editing process started and we completed our post-production on time.  The client was really impressed with the execution and the time of delivery.
